10. measure your shoulder and your arm length

Start from the middle of the neck, where your neck bone stands out, then measure across the top of your back to the outer point of your shoulder. Hold the tape measure at the shoulder point and then measure down the arm. You can continue on the backside of the body and arm, you must go across the elbow bone and then further down to the middle of the wrist bone. At the middle of the wrist bone is where you stop and write down the measurement.

The arm should be held normally, without being bent or straightened with force, it should just be left loose.

Make sure the tape measure is parallel to the floor across the top of the back and then follows a straight line down the middle of the wrist bone.

This is the most complicated measurement and I

recommend that you ask for help on this one.
